Zach Tracy is the Founder and CEO of Ascend Property Management, where he leads the company’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and long-term growth. Since founding Ascend, Zach has grown the firm into one of Maine’s highest-rated residential property management companies, expanding across multiple markets while building scalable systems that support both property owners and internal teams.
Zach brings a highly analytical, systems-driven approach to property management, shaped by over a decade of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management. His background in advising organizations on controls, governance, and operational efficiency directly informs Ascend’s disciplined processes, transparency, and focus on risk-aware property operations.
He is passionate about building reliable, high-performing teams and delivering clear, investor-focused management solutions that remove complexity while protecting long-term asset value.
Patrick Sullivan
Sales & Marketing Lead
Patrick leads sales and marketing at Ascend Property Management, where he drives strategic owner relationships and helps property investors maximize the value of their portfolios. With a strong foundation in business development, operations, and client relations, Patrick leverages his deep understanding of regional real estate markets across New England to connect with owners and deliver customized management solutions.
Before joining Ascend, Patrick built hands-on experience as a licensed real estate agent, developing a strong foundation in negotiation, client service, and market strategy. He is passionate about educating property owners on smart investment decisions while raising the standard of service across the property management industry.
Outside of work, Patrick stays engaged in his community and enjoys activities that support local charities and mentorship programs. His commitment to service and growth reflects Ascend’s mission to provide quality housing and exceptional client experiences.
Harrison Rich
Operations Lead
Harrison Rich serves as Operations Lead at Ascend Property Management, where he oversees day-to-day execution across properties, teams, and internal systems. He plays a key role in ensuring consistent service delivery, operational efficiency, and a high standard of care for both property owners and residents.
With a strong background in operations, process management, and team coordination, Harrison focuses on building repeatable systems that allow Ascend to scale without sacrificing quality.
