I recently signed a lease with ascend property. I have mostly spoken to Codi, Zach, and Sal regarding my virtual tour of the property and my application. Since we are moving over 1800 miles away from Oklahoma City, it has been very stressful with a lot of moving parts to coordinate, and they have been very helpful and transparent. If you’re looking to move in the south Maine area, you’d be hard pressed to find a better company!

Took a tour of 160 Bracket St. Trish was super helpful and my point of contact within the company, Codi, is attentive to the phone line. Zach is an excellent as leasing agent.

Cody was very efficient and on the spot. Very knowledgeable about the property. Just rented yesterday so I can’t speak to other aspects of company. So far, they are very helpful. Did have a hard time understanding Zach in the phone because of his accent. Look forward to working with them.
