You send us qualified property owner leads, and we handle the sales, onboarding, and management — you get paid after those clients begin generating rent revenue.
Incentives:
- $100 per unit under management
- $250 minimum per referred owner
- Paid once first rent is collected
Additional compensation may be available if referred owners grow their portfolio with Ascend. (Terms at Ascend’s discretion.)
